You must be at least 18 years of age to use Deepheem. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales. If you are using Deepheem on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Deepheem is a research and investigation assistance tool powered by artificial intelligence. All outputs, reports, findings, verdicts, and source assessments generated by Deepheem are AI-assisted research only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, journalistic fact verification, or any other form of professional advice regulated under UK law.
Use of the Legal Investigation module does not create a solicitor-client relationship or any other professional relationship between you and Deepheem Ltd. Outputs from all modules must be independently verified by a qualified professional before being used to inform any legal, financial, editorial, or business decision.
You agree to use Deepheem only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@deepheem.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Deepheem offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in GBP. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable consumer protection law in the UK.
All intellectual property in the Deepheem platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying models, is owned by or licensed to Deepheem Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own internal research purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Deepheem Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Deepheem Ltd makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or output generated by the platform. AI systems can produce errors, hallucinations, and outdated information.
Deepheem Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy sets out in full how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.
Deepheem aggregates information from publicly available third-party sources. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content. Source classifications and evidence status labels assigned by the platform are AI-generated assessments and do not constitute editorial endorsement or verification.
Deepheem Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform.
Deepheem Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
